The space

Step into 55 square metres of calm, a loft yoga studio in Penarth. With natural birch plywood walls finished in non-toxic oil, solid oak flooring and underfloor heating, this warm and grounding space was designed with simplicity and intention.

The equipment

YogaOne is home to Wales’ first Great Yoga Wall — a unique, wraparound system supporting alignment, confidence and deeper exploration of postures. The studio is fully equipped with quality mats, belts, bricks, bolsters and props, making Iyengar Yoga accessible for all bodies and abilities.

The experience

Gentle incense fills the room and sunlight streams in from a wall of windows, creating a sensory atmosphere that helps you settle from the moment you arrive. Whether you’re building strength or finding stillness, this is a space that supports the mind, body and breath of your practice.
