How do YogaOne courses work? Our Iyengar yoga courses run over a fixed number of weeks (usually 4–8 weeks) with a set start and end date. When you buy a course pass (for example, a 6 class pass for a 6 week course), you’ll then book yourself into class times within that course’s date range. You can mix and match class times from week to week, subject to availability.

Step-by-step guide to the YogaOne booking systemHere is a brief explanation of making a booking (Please note, the booking process may vary slightly from below depending on device used and what browser you are running): 1. From the homepage, click "View timetable" (On a tablet or mobile device you may need to click "Menu" first, then "View timetable.) 2. Select either Single Class Pass or Multiple Class Pass Single Class Pass are for those who wish to try out a session for the first time or simply attend when your schedule permits. Multiple Class Passes are for those who wish to commit to a course structure. 3. For first time use only, click Create Account Once your account is set up, for future bookings you will only need to click Sign In. Once your account is created you'll need to confirm your account via a link in the email received upon registering, along with signing a waiver agreeing to the T&C's which is only required once. The remainder of the booking process is straightforward and intuitive. You’ll first be prompted to purchase a pass, after which you can book into your chosen class. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is complete. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so via the link in the email or by signing into your account to manage your bookings. Single Class Passes are valid for 2 weeks from the date of purchase. The 6 Class Pass is valid for the duration of the course. Please Note: Once you purchase a Class Pass, you still need to book into a class. The process is simple: First, purchase your pass, then select and book your preferred class. For example, if you purchase an Intro Level 6-Class Pass, it gives you access to six classes — each of which must be booked individually after your pass is purchased. To Recap: Create an account Purchase a class pass Book into a class See you on the mat! Class Level, Class Passes, and Re-scheduling: The class pass you purchase corresponds to the class level you wish to attend. For example, if you plan to join a Level One class, you’ll need to purchase a Level One Pass. This pass will only allow you to book into Level One classes — you won’t be able to use it for classes of a different level. If you need to re-schedule, you can only switch to another class of the same level. If you have any questions about the booking process or anything else, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
